Questions

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes. The plan questionnaire, a full week-by-week plan, the calculators, the guides, a free account with your saved plan, the training calendar and workout logging, and the explanations in Plan Check all stay free. No card is needed.

What does Premium add?

Plan adjustments. When your logs show missed workouts or runs that felt too hard, Plan Check can suggest a lighter plan. With Premium you can apply it as a new saved version, after you confirm it. We never change your plan without you saying yes, and we never add missed miles back.

What if I cancel?

You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. After that your account goes back to Free. Your plans, workout logs and every earlier plan version are kept.

What happens if a payment fails or is refunded?

If a renewal payment fails, Premium continues for a short grace period while the payment is retried, then pauses. If a payment is refunded in full, Premium ends. In every case your data stays.

Who takes the payment?

Paddle processes payments and manages your subscription, invoices and payment method. You can cancel or change your card from your account's billing page at any time.

Can I buy Premium today?

Not yet. Premium is not on sale, and nothing here can be charged. Everything marked Free stays free, and we will say so here when Premium opens.
